In this role, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, playing a vital role in supporting the company’s daily operations. You will manage the office end-to-end, assist the Finance department, and contribute to the company’s welfare. This position offers exciting growth opportunities within an amazing organization.
What will you be doing?
· Ensuring smooth office operations by organizing and coordinating administration and procedures to maintain efficiency and safety.
· Managing financial workflows, working closely with the Head of finance and other team members to support financial processes.
· Supporting HR admin tasks such as employee onboarding, handling welfare activities, and creating a fun, engaging work environment.
· Working closely with senior managers and the CEO, scheduling meetings and supporting daily operations.
Skills & Requirements
· BA in Human Resources Management or a related field – Mandatory.
· Fluent English – both written and spoken – Mandatory.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills – thrives in working with people.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
· Discretion and professionalism.
· Proficiency in Excel – Mandatory.
· Positive, energetic, and a team player mindset.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Full-time position in Tel Aviv.
