Position: Junior Field Engineer
Division: Global Customer Support

Reports to: US Regional Support Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and talented Junior Field Engineer to join our Global Customer Support division. This position is crucial in providing exceptional post-sale technical support to our customers across the Americas region.
As a Junior Field Engineer, you will bring a strong engineering mindset and thrive in on-site customer environments. You will be responsible for offering technical guidance, performing maintenance and installation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through your expertise and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers on-site, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and inspection of equipment at customer locations.
• Conduct system sign-offs and ensure all new equipment installations meet company and customer standards.
• Collaborate with customers to provide training and guidance on equipment usage and care.
• Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports after service visits, documenting findings and resolutions.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Assist with pre-sales support as needed, offering technical expertise during site assessments or equipment demonstrations.
