The way fleets operate today is broken. Depot managers juggle spreadsheets, whiteboards, and radio calls to coordinate hundreds of vehicles, chargers, maintenance bays, and tight schedules with no single source of truth and no intelligence underneath any of it.

Greenbay is the fleet orchestration layer: the system that sits between operators and their physical assets, making real-time decisions about vehicle allocation, charging, energy, maintenance, and yard flow, automatically. We connect to scheduling systems, tracking APIs, OCPP chargers, and telematics providers, and we turn fragmented data into autonomous action.

We are growing quickly and expanding the platform to serve a growing pipeline of clients across Europe and the UK.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join the team and help us ship the platform at pace. You will work closely with the founders on product, architecture, and delivery, with significant ownership over what you build and how.

This is a hands-on role on a small, growing team. You will be writing production code, shaping the technical direction of the product, and helping us maintain the engineering velocity that defines how we work.
What you will do
•    Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across the stack
•    Own technical decisions in your areas of work: architecture, data modelling, testing, and deployment
•    Manage and continuously improve our software deployment, CI/CD, and development workflows
•    Sustain high engineering velocity through disciplined use of AI-assisted development
•    Improve performance, reliability, and security as we scale onto more clients

Greenbay is an AI company. The way we build software is the way software will be built. Claude Code drives the majority of our day-to-day engineering. Getting production quality from agentic tools takes discipline: prompts written like specs, generated code held to the same bar as human-written code, and steady investment in the evals and workflows that keep it reliable. We want someone who wants to be at the front of this, not someone who tolerates it.

First 90 days
By the end of your first 90 days, you will have shipped substantial features into production, taken ownership of a meaningful slice of our delivery pipeline, and helped raise our engineering velocity and quality bar in measurable ways.
