  • Plan, execute, and analyze Upstream’s presence at global tech and automotive events from start to finish.
  • Own the entire event lifecycle, including logistics, operations, vendor management, and communications plans (email promotions, social media, etc.).
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging, design, and brand positioning across all event touchpoints.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event organizers and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Carefully plan and track the event spend and budget, navigating through vendor and event payments.
  • Monitor and report on the success of events and demand generation, providing data-driven insights to optimize future marketing activities.
דרישות 
  • Native English speaker – a huge advantage.
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience in a tech company or startup – a big advantage.
  • Experience with HubSpot and a passion for using AI tools to streamline workflows - a big advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task and manage complex, fast-moving projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Very strong teamwork skills; you enjoy collaborating in a matrix organization to achieve shared goals.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours during peak periods to meet deadlines and ensure optimal execution.
