- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Post job openings and source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, facebook, job boards, WhatsApp groups, and job fairs
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and candidate fit
- Conduct in-depth phone interviews and write professional candidate evaluations
דרישות
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or similar) or current student in one of these fields, available for a part-time position
- At least 1 year of experience in technology sourcing
- Previous experience in technology recruitment, including advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches on LinkedIn) - an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple roles simultaneously
